AVMA (Alberta Veterinary Medical Association) 

The licensing body for veterinarians in Alberta conducts regular on-site inspections of our hospital. This process is designed to ensure that our hospital meets specific standards set out by the veterinary profession. The inspections includes equipment, record-keeping, safe drug storage, medical reference library and sanitary premises.

AAHA (American Animal Hospital Association) 

Our hospital has also been accredited by the American Animal Hospital Association. This is a voluntary accreditation which sets the highest standards of veterinary care through hospitals in North America.  Our hospital received a three year accreditation in 2006 by meeting and surpassing the standards set out by AAHA. These standards apply to: emergency services, surgery and anesthesia, radiology, laboratory, nursing care, pharmacy, dentistry, examination facilities, pet medical records, medical library, housekeeping and maintenance.
