People aren't the only ones that dress up for this fun filled holiday!

I know some of you out there have dressed up your pets on Halloween for a good laugh and a cute picture, and if so email them to us, or bring them down and fill out a form to enter for some good prizes!

If you are thinking about stopping by we will have extra costumes here at the clinic if you wish to participate and do not have a costume at home already.

Prizes will be handed out to all entries!!!

The grand prize is a gift certificate to Southside Animal Hospital!!!

The winner will be contacted within the first week of November.

Contest deadline is October 31 2009.

To send a picture:

• email to ssahcostumecontest@hotmail.com along with your full name, the name of your furry friend, and your phone number.

• Just a note, pictures may be posted in the clinic and on the website for the viewing pleasure of our clients.

  Please make sure to include the statement in the email,

  “I give permission for South Side Animal Hospital to post my pet's picture in the clinic and on the website”

**If you do not wish to have it posted please make sure to indicate it on the email, stating

“I do not give permission to South Side Animal Hospital to post my pets picture in the clinic or on their website.”

• Even if you do not wish to post your pets picture you will still be entered into the contest and be eligible for the grand prize.

Drop off a picture:

• You are more than welcome to come stop by to drop off your picture!! We so have a short form to fill out including your name and phone number.

• If you wish us to mail your picture back to you after the contest we will happily do so.
